Fishing report from Drozdovka river, 24.07-31.07.2022.
Slight drop in water temperature allowed us to start this week rather productively. Two fish per day together with no lack of other fishing events (coming ups, escapes) gave us hope for great fishing. However, our expedition to the remote cordon (far upstream) netted us a score of zero and brought us down to earth. By changing time of going to the river we managed to achieve some eventivity, but not results. Another weather cataclysm, covering the river for a couple of days, made water level go up, and lowered water temperature. Salmon became more active, what brought us a couple of fish and two hurtful losses. As a result, guests caught 6 salmon per week.
